Orders submitted by 5:00 PM (CST) on business days are processed the same day. Orders received after this time, or during weekends and holidays, are handled on the following business day.

Order Handling Time

We prepare, pack, and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after the order is confirmed.

Transit Time

Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your local carrier and region.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

From order placement to final arrival, the total estimated delivery timeframe is 6–9 business days.

Shipping Fees

We provide free standard shipping on every order. The price you see at checkout is final, with no hidden delivery fees or additional charges.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kitchfluence is not responsible for packages confirmed as “delivered” by the carrier but later reported lost or stolen. If you encounter a delivery issue, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

Cancellations & Returns
